Paul takes one more stab at letting the Jews understand that they stand condemned before God just like everyone else. Then... Romans 3:21 explodes with a BUT NOW! Paul focuses on God's love and mercy while providing acquittal if one trusts Jesus as their savior. Great news comes out of the bad news found in Romans 1-3.
